Weight-Lifting, Cardio, Cross-fit, Power-Lifting, Yoga, BJJ, Rowing, Biking, Running, & 75 Hard, are some of the many exercises and programs available to help you reach your goals. However, you will have the most success when those exercises are dialed in specifically to you personally. As your Personal Health Coach/Trainer, I will help you live leaner, stronger & happier by working with you 1:1 to dial in your specific exercise guidelines based on your current status and your goals. I will use my DEXA (or DXA) device (the industry gold standard method of body composition analysis) to more accurately and effectively help you! I look forward to your success!
